"Oswald posed for the photograph in spring of 1963 outside his home in Dallas.
He set the camera and then, handing it to Marina, directed her to take the picture.
Seven months later, he killed the President."
JFK PICKET FENCE PATSY OSWALD
In proving that these photos are fake, one proves that
Lee Oswald was set up well in advance of the assassination as "the patsy".
The most alarming aspect of the backyard photos is that
they were created to frame Oswald before the crime was committed
and planted among Oswald's possessions before the murder took place.
...continued from JFK PICKET FENCE COINCIDENCE
After noticing the existence of a picket fence in the background of photos of JFK at home in Hyannis Port in 1960 and in the photos of JFK in Dealey Plaza in 1963, I came to the belief that the picket fence itself is a solid, silent witness to JFK's death entreating us to look behind the picket fence for the killer.
Immediately upon recognizing the picket fence symbolism in JFK's assassination my mind's eye flashed back to the infamous photo of Lee Harvey Oswald (with his head cut-and-pasted onto someone else's body) in his backyard posing with the rifle that the police, the FBI, the CIA, the Warren Commission, the USA government and the mainstream media all say Oswald used to shoot JFK.
And instantly, too, I saw a picket fence -- the one Oswald's standing in front of (not behind as was the true assassin).
To verify, I dug out my copy of that photo on the cover of LIFE magazine and sure enough a picket fence is there. This February 21, 1964 edition of LIFE (three months after the assassination and eight months before the official investigation's Warren Commission findings were published in LIFE) is where we-the-people read the OSWALD KILLED JFK fairy tale for the first time. Below are scans and excerpts of pages from that feature article:
Page 3: Contents/Editorial: Searching the cold trail that Oswald left behind.... Page 68: THE EVOLUTION OF AN ASSASSIN.... Page 80: "He poked a rifle out that window"...Campbell heard someone say, "I saw a young white man poke a rifle out of that window right up there and fire and draw back in". The man pointed to a sixth-floor corner window in the depository building. Truly and a policeman ran into the building to the elevators but found they were not running... He led the officer to a staircase and they ran up to the second floor, coming out on a landing with a door leading to the main office of the depository. Truly started up the steps to the third floor, but soon realized the officer was not behind him. He ran back to the depository office and found the policeman in the adjacent lunchroom, a small area with several drink machines, a stove and a sink. The officer had his gun drawn on Oswald, who stood with his back to a Coca-Cola machine. The officer turned to Truly and said, "This boy work here?". Truly said, "Yes". The officer wheeled and ran back onto the second-floor landing. Truly followed him.... Page 80, photo caption: Assassin-To-Be at 23: Full version of photograph which appears on LIFE's cover shows Oswald proudly holding a Trotskyite newspaper, "The Militant", in one hand and rifle he used to shoot President Kennedy in the other. Dallas police have confirmed that this is the rifle found in the Texas Book Depository. In Oswald's hip is revolver which killed Dallas policeman J D Tippit. Oswald posed for photograph in spring of 1963 outside his home in Dallas. He set the camera and then, handing it to Marina, directed her to take the picture. Shortly after, Oswald shot at Major General Edwin Walker. Seven months later, he killed the President.

Next, I went to Robert Groden's 1995 classic THE SEARCH FOR LEE HARVEY OSWALD: A COMPREHENSIVE PHOTOGRAPHIC RECORD for details on how the government faked that Oswald picket fence photo:
Page 3: SETTING UP THE PATSY.... After the CIA's botched invasion of Cuba at the Bay of Pigs in April of 1961, several high-ranking members of the CIA were fired by the president, including [Director Allan Dulles] and Major-General Charles P Cabell, the brother of Earle Cabell, mayor of Dallas at the time of the assassination....
Page 169: THE BACKYARD PHOTOS.... Among the evidence used to indict Oswald and portray his "violent nature" were two photographs (Warren Commission Exhibits 133A and 133B) supposedly showing him with a rifle, a pistol, and two [communist] newspapers. They are the only evidence linking him to the weapons said to have been used in the Kennedy assassination and the killing of J D Tippit. The photographs, reportedly "found" soon after the assassination in Ruth Pain's garage, where Marina Oswald was living with daughters June and Rachel, are obviously fraudulent. (Someone else stood in Oswald's Neely Street backyard and Lee's face was superimposed on the other man's body). There are better than a dozen ways to prove that the photographs do not depict an actual occasion, that Lee could not have posed for them, and that they were manufactured prior to the assassination. In proving that these photos are fake, one proves that Lee Oswald was set up well in advance of the assassination as "the patsy". The most alarming aspect of the backyard photos is that they were created to frame Oswald before the crime was committed and planted among Oswald's possessions before the murder took place....

There's more than picket fence symbolism in that backyard photo of Oswald. The revolver in the holster on Oswald's hip (with which he'd supposedly shoot policeman Tippit seven months later) is a .38 Smith & Wesson -- the same model JFK wore on his hip in WWII. In 1943 JFK fired it three times into the air (and then one shot from the rifle) as a signal to his rescuers six days after the sinking of PT-109.
For comparative purposes I've scanned, above, my JFK PT-109 GI-JOE DOLL in the same pose as Oswald -- with the .38 revolver in the holster and a WWII rifle in his hand (in Oswald's an Italian Mannlicher-Carcano and in JFK's an American Thompson, ie Tommy Gun).
All the best,

GRODEN'S KILL JFK & SEARCH LHO (...The "sniper's nest", the easternmost sixth floor window in the Book Depository. The "nest" refers to the row of boxes that were stacked to conceal the gunman. Only a single palm print of Oswald's was found on any of the boxes. How could he have erected the nest without leaving more prints?... The assassin was supposed to have raced around thousands of book cartons to the far end of the sixth floor...wiped his fingerprints off the rifle before hiding it, and raced down four flights of stairs to the second floor. All of this in as little as seventy-two seconds. While Lee was buying a soda in the second floor lunch room, officers Marrion Baker and Roy Truly rushed in and confronted a calm and not at all out of breath Lee. Truly identified him to Baker and the two men left Lee and ran upstairs....)

Oswald co-worker no longer silent about JFK assassination role, Dallas Morning News, Nov 16, 2008
...Buell Frazier drove Lee Harvey Oswald to work that fateful November 22....Mr. Frazier helped train Oswald at his new job (Oswald was hired at the book depository October 16) and had driven him to Irving several times soon faded from most people's memories. But another factor remained noteworthy. Officials assumed that the package Oswald carried to work that morning was the Italian-made rifle he used to kill Kennedy. Mr. Frazier still doesn't believe it. When Oswald got in his car that morning, Mr. Frazier hardly noticed the bundle Oswald laid on the back seat. "He told me he was taking some curtain rods for his room," Mr. Frazier said. "I didn't think much about it." Mr. Frazier parked his car behind the depository building and revved his engine for a few moments, charging his low battery, and watched Oswald walk about 200 yards into the building with the package under his arm. In his testimony before the Warren Commission, Mr. Frazier said the brown paper package Oswald carried that morning was too short to contain a rifle. Oswald cupped the package in his hand, he said, and it fit under his armpit. In Washington, Mr. Frazier said, he was "pressured" to change his recollection. In the days afterward, he was badgered by the media, harassed by people who didn't understand his relationship to Oswald and even became fearful for his life...."I know what I saw", he said, "and I've never changed one bit."...
WAS OSWALD A POOR SHOT? (No one has ever duplicated Oswald's alleged shooting performance; not even world-class or Master-rated marksmen have done so. For that matter, no rifle test has ever actually simulated all of the factors under which Oswald would have fired.... Even after weeks of practice and intensive training, Oswald barely managed to qualify at the level of "Sharpshooter", the middle of three rifle qualification levels in the Marines. He obtained a score of 212, two points above the minimum for the "Sharpshooter" level. In other words, even after extensive training and practice, and even though he was firing at stationary targets with a semi-automatic rifle and had plenty of time to shoot (even during the so-called "rapid-fire" phase), Oswald narrowly missed scoring at the lowest possible qualification level...)
