Dear Jackie,

I wanted to take a moment to thank you for the work you have done to inform the public about the abuse and neglect that occur in teen programs.

I am the founder and president of the Coalition Against Institutionalized Child Abuse (CAICA) and have a website at www.caica.org.

I received requests for a Petition from people outside our country (the US). I put together the "International Petition to End Institutionalized Child Abuse." This was created in an effort that people all over the world will have a voice. Here is the link:

Abuse of children is coming from many directions in our culture, including the sex and violence they are exposed to by producers of television, movies and video games, and the dangerous legal and illegal drug culture. This abuse often causes the problems that result in parents institutionalizing their teens in the schools you're shining a light on.
