OWED TO FRUITLOOPS
'twas the week before Christmas
and all through the town
the people were shopping
and holiday bound.
The mayor in his chambers
and councillors too
were sliding a fast one
by me and by you.
The cops want a camera
to stalk us while eating
their donuts and coffee
not leaving their seating.
I went to discuss it
in chambers myself
when the mayor called the cops
- it was put on the shelf.
This year's been a good one
with raises and tools
for the servants who thrive
off the taxpaying fools.
